There is a $100 bar set-up fee and a bar sales guarantee of $500 for a private bar.
By law we only serve alcohol to people who are 21 years of age or older.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who in our opinion is intoxicated.

- To reserve a location for a reception, a non-refundable deposit is required. Deposit amount is based on time reserved and location selection.
- We require food and beverage details with full payment and confirmation of the number of guests 2 weeks prior to your function.
- Access to this facility no sooner than 1 hour before your event.
- All functions are subject to one master billing. No individual checks or bills.
- We will not be responsible for damage or loss of merchandise left or sent to property before or following an event.

- Tabletop decorating, such as floral centerpieces, work well. Decorations that attach to walls or ceilings and the use of confetti, rice and artificial flower petals are not permitted.
- No food or beverage of any kind is permitted on hotel property in connection with any event, wedding, banquet, meeting, reception, etc. No outside caterers (except wedding cake bakers) are allowed.
- Food and beverage prices are subject to change without notice.
- Children 3-11 years old $5 off meals. 3 years old and under Free.
- All prices are subject to a 20% gratuity and sales tax of 7.75%.
